Add two configurable State of Charge (SoC) profiles

A Summer SoC profile, allowing a minimum SoC down to 5% A Universal / Winter SoC profile, enforcing a minimum SoC of 30% This feature aims to optimize lithium battery aging and reliability by adapting the minimum charge level to seasonal operating conditions. In winter, maintaining a minimum SoC of 30% helps reduce stress on the battery, limits deep discharge risks, and improves long-term capacity retention. In summer, when thermal conditions are more favorable, the minimum SoC can be safely reduced to 5% without significantly impacting battery health. This configuration option should be available on the Titans page, within the SoC settings section, allowing users to easily select the appropriate profile.
